Yes.

There are two ways to send scanned data to a computer:

On a Mobile Device

1. Download KTSync from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Select the data destination as “File” or “Email.”
3. Synchronize.
   The data will be stored on the mobile device and can be sent to a computer via cable or as an email attachment.

On a Windows or Mac Computer

1. Download KTSync from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Ensure the app is closed.
3. Connect the KDC480 to the computer using a USB cable.
4. Run KTSync.
5. Synchronization will transfer stored data to the destination selected in KTSync settings.

If the KDC and KTSync do not connect to the computer, press and hold the DOWN button (located by the battery door) on your KDC480 or KDC485 for 3 seconds. This toggles connectivity between Phone/PC, PC/KDC, and KDC/Phone modes. Ensure KDC/Phone mode is selected.
